• Responsible for the design and production of optical film products;
• Participated in the optical film trial production, process development and testing of the product development;
• Responsible for the daily maintenance of coating equipment, and the maintenance and improvement of coating equipment;
• Write and manage the equipment operation process, organize and file various data / drawings;
• Train production and operators. 

1. Bachelor degree or above, graduate student is preferred, inorganic materials, optical information, machinery, automation, optical engineering, coating and other related majors;
2. Familiar with optical lens coating technology, have seen a variety of film products, a wide range of coating products, familiar with high reverse film, polarization film, penetration film, film separation film, filter, etc.;
3. Familiar with the operation and maintenance of domestic ZTE coating machine, and can deal with common abnormalities;
4. 1-3 years of related work experience is preferred;
5. Good work stability, hard-working, with a strong ability to withstand pressure;
6. Personal quality: strong plasticity in the future and strong innovation ability.

 Face to face 

1. Formulate optical processing process flow and operation instructions; communicate production capacity planning and layout planning, and finally ensure the stable output and quality of process delivery production;
2. Design tooling, track tooling progress and debug tooling; process tracking management;
3. New product quality analysis and improvement, process ability verification, and ability analysis of important processes;
4. Assist in sample manufacturing and analyze the reasons for unqualified samples;
5. Equipment plan proposal, technical plan, review, and signing of technical agreement; pre-acceptance, equipment entry-line installation, equipment problem analysis, organizing maintenance and improvement, process tracking and management;
6. Analyze the root causes of production process quality and the root causes of after-sales feedback parts; error-prevention application, tooling improvement, and process method improvement;
7. Change the document according to the product change requirements;
8. Actively complete the tasks temporarily delivered by the leaders.

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical / electrical / automation or related;
2. Proficient in English reading and writing.
3. 2 years experience in processing technology in optical industry;
4. Master the basic industrial engineering knowledge, and be familiar with lean production improvement;
5. Experience in teamwork and project tracking.
6. Understand the basic mechanical structure design, understand the basic knowledge of mechanical design and manufacturing;
7. Proficient in the tooling design;
8. Familiar with ergonomic knowledge and guide its application;\
9.  Familiar with lean production knowledge and guide its application;
10.  Understand the proe 3 D design and application, AutoCAD or other drawing software;
11. Proficient in operating office office software.
12. Experience and ability to analyze and solve problems independently;
13. Good professional knowledge guidance and practical application ability;
